Deborah Francis Empowers Business Women To Be Prosperous & Live Healthy

I met Deborah Francis via Facebook back in 2009. We are both passionate about Business and Living Healthy. In fact, we attended a millionaire mindset group together in 2010 and every time that we spoke with one another it was an empowerment session. Since 2010, we periodically speak on the phone and we still have empowerment sessions!

Deborah has introduced me to new streams of income and has been a great inspiration on my Journey as an Author. In fact, Deborah and her Husband Hasheem are the founders of the Built to Prosper Company and You must check out their Business and Health & Wellness Resources.

I have been a contributor several times in their Built to prosper Magazine along with being a guest on The Built to Prosper Radio Show and writing the Introduction to Deborah’s Book: The Joy of Healthy Living.

I was recently talking to Deborah on the phone about my goal to lower my Cholesterol the Natural way and Deborah shared some amazing health tips with me. In fact, she took the time to send me a list of all the foods that would help me to detoxify my body and lower my Cholesterol.

I was so grateful for that information that Deborah shared with me and I could hardly wait to introduce you to her!

I believe that when you connect with someone who adds value to your life; it is hard to keep it a secret.  So I had to tell you about Deborah and I hope that you take the time to get to know her as well.

Be sure to visit Deborah’s websites and connect with her on Facebook for daily Business and health tips!

Take Some Time To Relax and Get-a-way

Every year during Valentine’s day weekend my husband and I take a Romantic trip to one of our favorite resorts: The Lodge of the Four Seasons.

I love the lodge of the Four Seasons, because it’s a great place to go winter, spring, summer or fall and they have an Amazing Spa along  with wonderful resort amenities,

During my recent trip to the Lodge of the Four Seasons, I especially enjoyed cuddling by the fire-place  with my hubby along with other couples. In fact, this was one weekend trip where I was there and truly in the moment.

Furthermore, my mind was not on my Business, or my to-do list, however, I enjoyed every moment of the trip.

Furthermore, I believe because I was truly there, it seemed like we were there for more than just 2 days.

Within 30-minutes of arriving to the resort, my daughter in-law and I rushed to the spa to get our massages and I must say that one of my prayers were answered.

After my 30-minute Massage, the lady who gave me a Massage revealed to me that she was the head of Spa Shiki and she shared some valuable health and cancer prevention tips with me.

I was completed honored to have the head of the Spa to perform my massage and I immediately recognized that I was  shown favor.   I want to share some of the tips with you that Ms. Ann shared with me:

  1.  She said women should invest in a body brush to release the toxins from their body 2-3 times a week.
  2.  She also encouraged me to take a bath in Epsom salt to release toxins from lymph nodes (under my arms) 2-3 times a week.
  3.  Use a antiperspirant deodorant to allow your lymph nodes under your arm pits to breath and release toxins that could cause breast cancer.

I really appreciated those health tips, because I have been praying about why so many women are coming down with breast cancer. When you pray, you never know how your answer will come from.

Ms. Ann  also recommended that I purchase some lavender oil to add to my bath water; I tried it and I slept like a baby that night! (I added a photo below of my holistic care findings at Spa Shiki)

Photo: I can never visit the Spa Shiki with buying some holistic body care products. Lavendar oil, all natural deodorant and a body brush to exfoliate my skin.

The best part of my spa visit was the salt water pool! Spa Shiki has an amazing salt water pool and I can never visit the spa without immersing my body in that Salt water pool or visiting their meditation room.

How long has it been since you have taken a weekend trip to relax? If it has been a while, I want to encourage you to unplug from your Business, relax and enjoy life!

What I have discovered about relaxation: The more relaxed that you are…the more creativity will flow!!

Sometimes we can get so caught up in the cares of this life, that we forget what it is like to stop and have a little fun!

With Relaxation in mind….
